Toll Milling Operations At Greenfields Mill

Greenfields Mill is a 1.2Mtpa Gold processing facility owned and operated by FMR Investments, servicing clients throughout the Goldfields.

Situated 3km north-east of Coolgardie and 28km south-west of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, Greenfields is in a prime location. The mill processes gold-bearing ore under contract for our clients across the region.

With the ability to operate as a CIP or CIL mill, Greenfields achieves outstanding recovery rates. An experienced and dedicated operations team drives this performance. Designed for low-sulphate, high-gravity circuits, the mill’s process allows for consistent results.

Advanced Gold Processing Methodology

We built our toll processing system on efficiency and precision for proven performance. Our team works in collaboration with our clients to process with care, maximising recovery and maintaining operational safety.

Crushing

Through a three-stage crushing circuit, we reduce the size of the ore. This consists of a primary jaw crusher, followed by secondary and tertiary cone crushers.

Grinding

The crushed ore is finely ground using three ball mills equipped with cutting-edge EEPL technology. Grinding ensures a consistent particle size for effective gold retrieval.

Mineral Liberation

Gold is separated from the ore through a combination of gravity concentration and a carbon-in-leach circuit. This process includes the use of a Falcon concentrator.

Gold Recovery

Final recovery is achieved via an Acacia Reactor, followed by carbon activity management through a modern regeneration kiln. This results in higher yields and reduced waste, with excellent consistency in recovery across campaigns.
